EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Qualified Health Professional (CASAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC), plus one year of full time paid experience in substance abuse treatment.
MAIN FUNCTION:
-To assist in maintaining the continuity of care and to provide clinical services during evening and weekend shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provides individual counseling.
-Provides group counseling.
-Reports and addresses client behaviors and incidents.
-Conducts lectures and workshops.
-Attends supervision.
-Participates in staff meetings.
-Orients new client into rehabilitation.
-Completes psychosocials.
-Completes all necessary consent forms.
-Complete intake and discharges as required.
-Enter progress notes and other clinical documentation as needed into the EMR.
-Performs other duties as assigned by Evening Clinical Supervisor.

-Age Specific Clinical Skills – Adolescent
-Age Specific Clinical Skills - Geriatric
