2 Saturdays per month
MAIN FUNCTION:
-To assist in the evening and weekend supervision of the clinical staff and to assign responsibilities such as staff coverage, program monitoring and completion of psychosocials and orientations.
-User role(s) information systems access as assigned, where applicable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Reviews, revises and updates all clinical policies and procedures utilized by weekend personnel.
-Responds to and is accountable for all crisis situations within the entire facility during weekend shifts.
-Documents weekend clinical activities.
-Conducts individual counseling, group and family counseling, didactic workshops and screening assessments.
-Personally supervises each staff member, including interns, and provides appropriate in-service training for weekend staff.
-Reviews psychosocials done by weekend counselors and provides co-signature when appropriate.
-Completes team assignments for new admission.
-Enter progress notes and other clinical documentation into EMR.
-Complete intake and discharges as required.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Qualified Health Professional (CASAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC), and minimum of two years supervisory experience.
